The Benefits, Rights And Duties Of Becoming A Member Of The CTPC

  • Attend 11 valuable Lunch and Learn meetings hearing speakers on various topics of interest to educate and increase agent knowledge in order to better serve clients. Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, January through November from 11AM - 12:30 PM at  the Harbour Club at WestEdge, 22 Westedge, Suite 700, Charleston, SC. 29403.

  • Networking with other top producing Charleston agents

  • Agent advertising:

    •  12 Full page ads in the Post & Courier print and online throughout the year in the most important and relevant issues. Additional value added pop-up ads in the P&C online 

    • 3 full page ads in the Charleston Magazine

  • Use of the CTPC logo which can be used with your signature, stationery or website. 

  • Charitable contributions annually  in the amount of $2,500. Charity selections are open to suggestions, discussed and voted on at the end of each calendar year.

  • Guests are welcome for a $30.00 fee to cover their meal. Please add them to your RSVP invitation you receive before each meeting.

Membership Requirements

  1. Eligibility for membership is determined to be a minimum of $75,000.00 Gross Commission Income (GCI)  from either previous year period January 1st-December 31st or Year-To-Date for current year GCI, 15 Units or Agent Tenure (10 year active Real Estate license and at least 10 year member of the Charleston Top Producers).

  2. Member must be in good standing with the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors.

  3. Dues of $500.00 payable to Charleston Top Producers Club or CTPC and mailed to Secretary with Application by January 31st or paid at the first meeting. Dues are all inclusive of meals, space rental, AV equipment, gratuities and advertising.  If not paid by this deadline, a $25.00 late fee will be charged per month of non-payment.

    New members are invited to join any time during the year. Dues are prorated to the nearest quarter year as defined below:
    January - March: $500.00
    April - June: $375.00
    July - September: $250.00
    October - December: $125.00

    Qualified applicants who wish to join in December after the last meeting of the year will have an effective membership date of January 1st of the following year. Any dues increase for advertising approved by members during the year will be handled by a deadline given for the payment of the additional dues and a revised pro rata rate.
